Products

Do you offer custom doors?

Yes, we offer a custom door service through our cutting and pre-assembly workshop. Whether you need specific dimensions or a precise fit, our team can offer a solution tailored to your needs. Contact us to discuss your project or get a quick quote.

Are your moldings ready to paint?

Most of our moldings are ready to be painted or stained (for wood). Check the product details or ask our team for more information.

Do you also sell handles or accessories?

Yes, we have a selection of accessories such as handles, hinges, locks and other hardware.

Do you only sell doors and moldings?

No, we offer much more than just a selection of doors and moldings. Doors and Moldings Depot offers a complete line of interior finishing products, including:

  • Interior doors: wood, MDF, HDF, standard or custom, pre-hung or not
  • Decorative moldings: baseboards, casings, oge, quarter-round, etc. (MDF, wood, and PVC).
  • Floorings: Laminate and Vinyl
  • Wall Decor and Suspended Ceilings
  • Hardware: Handles, hinges, locks, etc.
  • Staircase Products: Treads, Risers, Handrails, Posts, Balusters, Nosings, etc.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery service. Fees vary depending on distance and order. Please contact the relevant branch for more information.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is ready, our branch team will call you directly to notify you.

Please note: Automatic notifications are only available for online orders. These orders are not delivered; they are only available for in-store pickup.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit, Interac transfer, as well as secure online payments.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, payment must be completed before delivery or at the time of pickup.

Installation

Do you offer an installation service?

We do not offer residential installation services. However, we can refer you to trusted professionals in your area for the installation of doors, moldings, or stairs.

Do you offer a measuring service?

For individuals, we do not offer in-home measurement. However, for certain construction or multi-unit housing projects, we offer this service upon request. Please contact us to see if your project is eligible.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within a reasonable time of purchase. However, we prioritize issuing store credits over refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • Uncut, unpainted… In short, unmodified
  • In its original packaging, whenever possible

Some products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Clearance items
  • Special or custom orders
  • Items clearly marked as final sale on the invoice

Do not hesitate to contact us or visit the store with your invoice for any return requests.

Are your products guaranteed?

All our products are covered by the legal warranty provided for in the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, which protects you against manufacturing defects or improper use.

For any problems, contact us with your invoice and photos if necessary. We will assess the situation quickly.
