Once you receive the email confirmation that your items are ready, you have 7 days to visit the store and pick up your order.
In-Store Pickup
When picking up your order, you must present:
- A valid photo ID
- A copy (paper or electronic) of the confirmation email indicating that the order is ready
No merchandise will be released if these conditions are not met.

Payment Method / Online Purchase
Online purchases are payable exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe, our secure payment partner.
Full payment is charged at the time of the order.
Federal and provincial taxes are applied according to the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
Portes et Moulures Dépôt reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction with the cardholder.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed by Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS security standards. Your banking information is not stored by Portes et Moulures Dépôt.
The payment page is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The site address will display “https” to indicate that the transaction is secure.
Although we implement industry-standard security measures, absolute security on the Internet cannot be guaranteed. We therefore encourage our customers to remain cautious.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel a purchase made on our website, please contact the store selected during your order:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Have your order number (found in the confirmation email) on hand.
Portes et Moulures Dépôt reserves the right to cancel an online purchase before the item is picked up or shipped, without prior notice.
Legal Warranty
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, all goods purchased are covered by a legal warranty:
- The goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are normally intended (Article 37).
- They must be able to serve for normal use for a reasonable length of time (Article 38), taking into account the price, conditions of use, and contract.
